Just having a rough look at the injuries

Vaealiki (achilles) Season
Prince (Knee) Season
O'Dwyer (Leg) Season (He was still on crutches on Sunday)
Cayless (Arm) 7-8 weeks
Cannings (Arm) 7-8 weeks
Petersen (Cheekbone) 6-7 weeks
Grothe (Hamstring) 5-6 weeks
Muckert (Shoulder) - Unknown but from how he left on Sunday I'd say at least 8-10 weeks.
Tsoulos (Shoulder) - From how he left after the game it looked nowhere near as bad but still could be about 3-4 weeks.

also
Peek (Suspension) 2 weeks
Witt (Suspension) 1 week

and Stapleton is looking at a 1 week suspension as well

Then there is the known Lyon saga

A pretty damn good looking team on the sidelines, if you ask me.

O'Dwyers injury...isn't season

I saw him on the wkend on crutches but then when they came out to sign autographs before the game he was off the crutches and walking fine (but Dave's still on the crutches )

Luke may be back a couple of weeks before the semis!

looking at that list it's definetly a test of character for the club in coming weeks.

Cayless and Cannings arn't 6-8 weeks away...Cannings can resume full contact training this week and Cayless is about 2 weeks off...

How can Cayless be another 8 weeks out???.....it's already been about 6-7 weeks, it doesn't take 15 weeks to heal a broken arm.

Well according to Smithy's interview on the official site.

There was a report in RLW that a so-called young star player was supposed to be out with a leg injury but was really being punished with a month's suspension for an off-field indiscretion by his club. At the time I was hoping that it wasn't Guru Jnr but it is pushing about 3 weeks this round and Eric has been known to partake in that special brand of cigarette smoking during the season. I hope this isn't the reason why we haven't heard anything about his contract situation and whether the option will be used?

But I'm betting if Grothe does happen to return in what would have been a month from that article getting written that at least 1 person starts a It was Guru rumour, regardless of the truth in it (if any)
