Tony Williams walked off after doing his ACL last year and I think Gutho did the year before too. You can walk on a complete tear of the ACL, if it's a partial tear you can't.

Even a partial tear you can, my mate has a partial tear (think 75% torn) and is still playing touch with us (struggling a bit of course)
