Unless it wasn't a strain and was simply a tweak/niggle? Given the heavy track we might have figured that any sort of minor niggle could turn into a full blown strain/tear in the wrong tackle. With the 16pt buffer the Dogs were never going to trouble us so why risk one of our core players?

Hoffman could fill in against knights. Happy to rest him for a week.

Who do you drop For Scott? Still have Tepai to come back.
Is Kaysa a big upgrade on King?

Will Smith would also be handy for Bevan.

Terepo looked good tonight. He has been out for 4 mths. No games in NSW cup.
Of course Scott forces himself into team. But Terepo wont peak for about 3 or 4 weeks. Either will Frank.

I thought the Broncos could have targeted him more but the dogs didn't really have much of a chance to do it

Terepo is the best defender in our pack - fast, aggressive, safe and hard-working. He is excellent.

Scott seems to be the most underrated player in our side.

As i said earlier, he is the 1st bloke i pick in a finals match. There is nobody even close to him.

Scott's leadership is obviously massive but I'm not sure he's in our best 17 any more. I guess he's a better defender than Matagi and Vave, but they are both quite important to our attack.
