International Edition : Another fixture fix for Tri Series

sorry guys, another one that's slipped though.

this is essential to stop the game from crashing if you play tri series.

this means i have to update the fixture editor as well because its not handling byes correctly.

There's going to be a patch out in a few days featuring Japan and some updates to australia/nz.

Installation packages have also been updated.

so ineretia, does this mean...if we now download the International Edition patch for Rugby League, all the bugs/fixes that have become available after its release are updated in the installatio nfile and therfore it is not required to download each "fix" seperately?
