Ipod Nano, Fitness

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me if they have used the ipod nano fitness features?
Just wondering if the pedometer reading is accurate?
I'd like to use it while running, using an arm strap.

I have a Gen 3 so it doesnt have a built in pedometer bit I use the Nike+ dongle with my nano and it is pretty good. It even talked to my Polar HRM for a more accurate calorie reading.

BTW you don't need a Nike+ shoe to use the device, you just have to attach it to your foot somehow (I use a key pouch that clips to my laces)
