you might want to re-read the article...... It stated that the TIMING of the matches favoured the bigger nations to maximise revenue. Nothing at all to say the draw was "rigged".

Again how was it "rigged"?

You just said it. If they concocted the draw (ie. match schedule) to favour the top teams, that is rigging the draw.

I ask again do you know what rigged means?

That may be the case, but the organisers aren't stupid and would have known full well that this made it much more difficult for the smaller teams to compete due to the shorter recovery times. What it reinforces is the fact that the tournament is organised with the primary intention of showcasing the established teams, with the smaller nations only there as a sideshow. Jim Love has every right to complain that Tonga and the other small teams have been treated as second class.
