Penrith's first try came imediately after Nightingale was judged to have tackled Sammut mid air when he was going for the ball.

Why is that decision not being disputed. Penrith got 6 points form that.

That was a far worse call than the others. Clarkey was just trying to even the ledger cause if Saints lost cause of that he would of been crucified.

that was the ref though not the VR.

Prior to the Gaz head-high that whilst he was on the way down, did have an element of malice, the ref let the Panthers get away with an inordinate amount of being offside. The penalty count could have been a lot worse against the young Panthers who were very tired by this time. They actually played okay and we didn’t deserve to win but IMO on balance we won fairly. We should have won by 20 and our outside backs need a kick in the arse for almost losing it for us late in the game

agreed the ref was inconsistant with the offside calls.

again thats not the VR though
