Probably I am being pedantic about this --------Lead, led, loose, lose..
Please - loose is not tight; lose is the opposite to win.
To Lead is to be out in front in a race, and also a metal.

"My shirt was loose, and i did not want to lose my trousers."
"He took the lead, carrying a lump of lead, or so I am led to believe"

Does anyone else find the incorrect use of those words annoying? Is it why the literacy tests have been introduced into the school system

TBH the whole loose/lose thing bugs me a tad.

Mate, it was only a couple months ago when I was 21, then just a coupla weeks later 40..You know what happens when you turn 40...Blink and you are 60....Years fly by like posts on the side of a road...Whoooooosh...:lol:
