Do you think its time to bring some of the young guys from PL. I think they would bring the Enthusiasm which is lacking at the moment. If you agree who would you bring into the side???

Bring on young guys... or bring on old ones. I'm starting to think we couldn't go any worse if we dragged ET and Miller and co out of retirement - and at least we know they'd give it their best.

The way we are going season 2004 is gone. Our Pl team is also not setting the world on fire. Our club seems to have no vision to build for the future - and now the future has arrived and the cupboard is bare. We will not fix this overnight. It is going to take seasons. Remember when Arthur Beetson was recruiting all the young blokes to the club. We had strength through the grades. Time to start building from the bottom up, not from the top down as has been our way recently.

well unfortunately i dont see myself as a visionary but i've been saying this for months
i'll still go to the games and i'll still support whatever sharkies team gets put on the field but it's a f**king mess
nutley in the forwards, bird in the backs, what do you say to that? may as well be the dragons
i'm disgusted
we need someone to lift
noddy will be the man in the backs, but will bailey fall flat or will he be a man?

We need a real Recruitment Manager who will get us all the top talent like Beetson.

And Williams I say yes to - talent, and disciplined! Same with Vagg. Newton may also be a worry as well with his judiciary record.

I was impressed with Newton last season. As long as cuts out the high shots.
Vagg, Green, seem to have potential. Williams I'm not sure whether he's ready.

Aitken I suspect may take time to develop in the top grade. I watched him the trials and he didn't set the world on fire. Like Simmons you can't expect him to blitz them in the top grade, when the senior players around are playing like headless chooks.

Sullivan may be the go at 5/8, and he can kick goals for the 80 minutes. Bring Gibson or Kingston onto the bench as hooker?
