Well some folks just dont like Ricky so its premiership or bust. I have certain goals in my mind where the raiders should be after the 2013 season gutted the club and to me we are ahead of schedule. Had to finish top 6 this year was my expectation at the start of the year.

A big test for sticky will be managing the traditional raiders slump after a "good" year

I was just hoping for a top 8 finish.

10 wins in a row and being in 2nd place after the regular season was way more than I expected.

It was pretty clear that even most Raiders fans underestimated the damage done to the club during the Furner years. It's almost like a completely new club now.

There was a massive rot at the club. Certain people involved in the raiders just thought it was good enough to be in the nrl. So football operations were a mess, the club didnt bother to try and sign talent and juniors were given way too much leeway with behaviour

Was it john McIntyre who said that david furner could lose 30 matches in a row and be safe. Imagine a properly run club like the roosters or broncos having that attitude
