To be fair to Ricky, he did briefly blame himself for not blaming the players earlier.

1. As Ricky has stated many times, he is a "Career Coach".
2. As Ricky stated clearly last week, he has a deeper understanding of the game than the media and fans.

I remember a piece on Ricky when he was with Parra - moments before they ran out he said " I need three of you to really stand up today, I don't know who it will be, but three of you need to stand up today".

It was passionate, insightful and confirmed why he is such a coaching failure.

As has been stated on many occasions the man is a narcissistic sook.

There is no self awarenes, no personal accountability, nothing.

He only pretends to be empathetic to his players when it corresponds to his menstrual cycle. The sooner the Raiders see the light and show him the door like every other former club and representative team the better.

Ricky needs to see a psychologist and I am being serious, nothing worse than a narcissist and I am convinced that's what he is having seen that press conference, he somehow turned it into a thing about himself without actually blaming himself for their poor performance

How would you be having to play for that man? no wonder they can't win a game, they have a decent side too, certainly not a side that should be 0-4

Actually, I never owned a gaming device. Mowing the lawn I always enjoyed- the outdoors, the satisfaction of seeing an overgrown, untidy lawn cut down to an even length. I miss it...
