I am really upset and disappointed with the Raiders fans and their response to Ricky. Some encouraging words -

1. Ricky is a career Coach - that is why he has a 5 - 10 year plan starting in 2019.
2. Fans have no idea how hard the players work during the week - they bust their arses!
