50 minutes in origin?

seems like hindy can't get a break on the rep scene

if he got played for 80 he would've got better stats than fitzgibbon fo sho

and our forwards wouldn't have looked so crappy before half-time

and his shorts would've had more time to fall down

buderus 42 tackles
fitzgibbon 43 tackles
hindmarsh 33 tackles (imagin what he would have got if he played the full 84 minutes)

33 tackles and he only played 50 mins, meaning unless my maths is terrible (which it is  ) Hindy would have made 55 tackles in 84 mins

at least he'll be fresher for Sunday

I thought Gould had blown the game by keeping Fitzgibbon on for so long... he only missed that tackle and goal because he was so tired.

Half: actually that stat sheet with 33 came out before the one with 41

so they are actually doing good

the 33 tackle sheet with Goose Gould's personal one

41 was the REAL one :D

Misty: Not a failure sure but the knockers of Hindy's performance will be given ammo

and a lot of it handed to the by Gus not giving Hindy a full game as he gave Ryan & Fitzgibbon

I actually came up with this "theory" after the Test match, and, although it's a stab in the dark, some people I've commented it to think it' a reasonable idea.

I've noticed he hardly gets ball.

I've noticed they always expect him to make the tackles.

And I've noticed they hardly give him game-time.

I also notice that players who have played in Premiership-winning teams (Gidley, Rooney, etc.) or teams that have made the Top Four/Top Eight in the past couple of years (Mason, Fitzgibbon, Wing, etc.) or ROOSTERS players seem to get a lot of ball.

Now, I have concluded that MAYBE the fact Hindmarsh hasn't played for a consistently brilliant team in a few years, the other players and maybe even coach say, "Right - you're talented, but let my big guns do all the work. When we're ahead, you do what you like."

I thought he made some great tackles and late when the pressure was on he made some good runs to get them out of trouble. They'll keep for the next one no doubt and he'll be more comfortable for the run. What I noticed in the Test match was that he and Webcke tended to work together and if he is able to work with someone who has been there and done that or someone he is comfortable with he'll go further.

His defence was the best on ground but they never wanted to pass him the ball. Typical NSW origin performance whereby you only pass to the players you play with. No wonder Fitzgibbon and Timmins got so much ball.
