They’ve largely put their 6 agains away meaning teams arent getting big leg ups and running up big scores on lessor opposition Like recent seasons.

Say what you want about 2020/2021 seasons but I will forever think that f**kvirus was the biggest player in those years.

Hard to run a successful comp with border closures, forced relocations interstate, player bubbles etc etc

Up until the sharks dragons I felt that there has been a new direction in reffing from 50/50’s backing the team that was meant to win to throttling back the team in the lead with any close call that will influence momentum. That said with the utter dominance in the second half no amount of calls would have slowed the sharks

No horrible year there’s only 16 good halfbacks in the league and looks like the tigers are the odd team out
If we added more teams it might get worse

Sorry but I did get a bit bored of hearing “this is the worst year for officiating” for 20 years. Ironically it’s happened in this post but at least this year is positive from league fans for once!

Only league fans feel the need to trash there own game. On other forums I'm shocked by the positive discussions fans have about there code

The quality of football has been great this year. A bunch of teams have stepped up and are making it more competitive.

The 2 games today were great for different reasons. Great comeback and free flowing footy at Cronulla and a tough grind with a great finish at Olympic Park. The 2 underdogs getting up adds excitement too.

No idea but I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dominant sides like Penrith have fallen back into the pack. And plenty of teams who have been expected to do poorly are really putting up a fight. Particularly the Dolphins.

their depth was weak and luck has hurt them

They would be thrilled with their results so far. No one in the world thought they could start the season 3-0, not even Wayne himself I reckon.

Extremely unlucky with injuries/suspensions in key positions but thats how it goes.
