I'll probably get shouted down for this, because I lot of people seem to love the current logo....

But teal version look 100 times better IMO. To me, the current one look like a kids cartoon. A little fluffy toy you give to your new born. I don't mind the teal, it's better than purple. The panther needs to be black though.

Exactly - It looks like it's meowing not snarling - Layout is ok but "Penrith" doesnt make an appearance which baffles me

Pretty much exactly this. Change the inner ring colours to teal and white if you must. But apart from that leave it. It's perfect.

Even if they did revert back to an old one it would never be a pure reversion. You can guarantee that there would be some sort of modernisation.
