Awesome about Williams! Worried about Buttriss at hooker.... Honestly I could see Orford become an OK hooker (better than Buttriss and Waddell at least). Also concerned at Blake in the 1 still... his positional play was very sub-par...

not only does galea offer nothing to the side but furner only plays him about 20min.

massey has just started to play consistent football and should be called up to sl before nrl. Milne is comfortably the clubs second best fullback.

the club already has plenty of quality backrowers (regardless of their current form) but lacks quality backs. Thompson is a gun who offers a punch unseen since young wiki and mal.

harrison doesn't deserve to be dropped.

Initially I agreed about Milne, although this year its clear that he simply does not have that same spark he had a few years back. He does not look like breaking the line and does not seem to be the support player he once was.

Milne is a good back up, but unfortunately he appears to have lost interest or motivation. I would prefer to play Massey, just to give him a run in the top grade. Look at Fishiani (or however it is spelled), the kid came out on debut and absolutely stunk up the joint with errors. Compare that game with his most recent performance, the kid came out and appeared to threaten the defense on almost each attack.

If you play the young kids in small bursts they have a chance to test the water and basically ease them into a permanent first grade spot.

I actually see Massey as our long term - full time fullback in a few years, I do not think we will hold onto Dugan.

Milne has been deadset average this season and is always suspect under the high ball and positioning. Ferguson is right for centre and JT right for backrow and given Picker is out certainly don't have quality backrowers left. And Harrison wasn't being dropped he was being demoted to the bench for a wake up call, he's been sh*t all season and needs the wake up call.

Tim Gavel said yesterday, that Nathan Massey would come into contention for a spot in the team. DF is notorious for making late changes to his line-up. However, who would it be at the expense of? Obviously Ferguson would shift to the wing or centres, but could you really drop Robinson. IMO, he is a very good footballer, and is reliable. Perhaps Thompson?
