Given what we have seen with Melbourne and NRL bending over to help them be a force again in 2011. It is now OK to cheat.
The blue print is clear
* cheat the cap... buy anyone you want
* get found out ...by a whistle blower.. because NRL are too stupid discover any rorts by themselves.
* play a season for no points
* keep whinging until you get cap concessions to retain most of your top players
* "legally" win the comp in the next couple of years ala dogs in 04
