Martin Aspinwall's karate kick on a London player at the weekend has been judged by the RFL's disciplinary committee as having 'no case to answer' due to insufficient evidence.

This despite Sky Sports televising the match and providing 4 (COUNT THEM!) crystal clear camera angles including slow mo's! The incident was shocking and Aspinwall has certainly gone down in my estimations now. The slimy sod.

I have now written a letter to the RFL offering them the VHS of the London-Wigan game.

Open season for violence in Super League now? Or is it just Wigan who cannot be punished?????

I watched that match and thought that Aspinwall would get at least 6 weeks for that one! For those who didn't see it, A London player put a grubber into the in-goal area and chased it, only to bet by Aspinwall's Leg which was raised about a metre into the air - London still got the try too, i recall
