Brown has only himself to blame and should do the club a favour and p1ss off.

Injuries can be only partly to blame for our current predicament, somehow despite having the best squad in the NRL for the past 3 years we have struggled to make the final 4 at best.

Every year our best players are allowed to leave and the replacements he brings in are simply not fit to wear the red V jersey(what was he thinking when he signed macdougal who is the worst "winger" i've seen for many a year!!!!!!!)

Brownie you've had your go and have proved year after year you are not good enough to lead us to the title. Kindly do us all a favour and f**k off.

Brown OUT Macgregor IN

Yep, I would have to say that the Dragons have been the greatest underachievers in the last few seasons. Even with all the top notch players they had like Gasnier, Barrett, Riddell etc., they still didn't perform in the big games. I do not think they will make the 8 this season.

Imagine a Saints fan who doesn't know about Brian Smith's "Smell's like Newtown" comment . BTW how about throwing some Bronco fans on the barbie to cheer us up .

I like greggles, but Ive been extremely worried about him lately.

Firstly he tips against Saints in the tipping comp and then sings his own praises for doing so.

Next he's here on-forum running around saying "We'll all be doomed! The sky is falling in!"

Over at Souths he'd be in the brig on suspected treason charges.

2 counts at least of "Aiding and abetting anti-club propaganda"

Saints have been a powerful club for several years. Now, the wheel of league fortune has rolled around and you are facing a bleak and desolate season.

So I expect loyalties perhaps friendships to be tested.

Who is going to stand up for the club when the chips are down?

Who is going to be fearless in the face of imminent disaster?

If you love your club, I want to see positive affirmations of that conviction.

Everyone repeat after me:

"I love Saints"

And by the end of the night, we will be hugging, smiling and looking forward to the next match.

Ok lads, I'll start it off

"I love Saints, Browny, the dragon mascot and all things red and white except the swans!"

Ok, your turn lads, in a deep loud voice:-

Sorry Dave but we didn't have to come to this . We were brought to this point by a front office that hit it's use by date ten years before it was formed , great marketers but wouldn't know a football from a cow bell . A coach who never learned that a officer never drinks with his men if he wants their respect and club scouts who won't look outside of the local junior base anymore add to that a selection of apologist supporters who have prolonged indefinately what ever misery we will now have to endure .In terms of discipline the front office can't even command the respect of the rookies ( who seem to think their stars ) They feel free to make stupid comments to the media , free to ignore game plans ( assuming we have some ) , free to laugh after losing even when they are staring the wooden spoon in the face . We are what we are because we allowed it to happen . sh*t now I am angry ....................

I heard a story from a trusted source (trusted by me anyway!!!) that one of the players brought to our club for this season has it written into his contract that our club will pay his psychiatrist bills.
I have also heard from the same source that our club is in danger of losing an alliance with a major "junior" organisation.... mainly due to taking the relationship for granted...

Well I don't know about rumours but psychiatrists are professionals too, and s/he could be treating a patient for any one of dozens of reasons.

Players get free medical care from the team doctor, so on the surface I can't see any difference.

Haven't seen you in a while old friend hope your well . Must get together soon . Watching the replay of the Easts game as I type this , want to burn it into the memory . Strange you should say that about the alliance if i read you correctly I was with a member of that junior organisation yesterday at a mutual friends house in Kogarah , they are not happy , feel they have been unfairly treated compared to their southern counterpart for whom every resource is made available . Good news I surpose for the Dogs , Roosters and Sharks, bad news for us a house devided etc . P.S The great one's call for patience is my call for war

Lets hope the Psychiatrist use's the reflection method of counselling and gets him to shut up regarding the media .

In other words pretty much a South Sydney circa 2002-2006. 5 years of horror at club level.

I know how bad I felt when things were really fugged. 2004 was especially tough. I stayed a member to change things and so it came to pass. We had to kill off our beloved patriarch, but we had no choice if we were to see the dawn again. There were tears in the eyes of some of his assasins, I can tell you.

But its a mighty fall youve taken.

I'll be a bit more respectful then. I wont cheapen this experience. Ive been to hell and back several times.

Bomber never had the personnell last year as a whole but JT and the teams conditioning crew has readily lifted our retained 2006 players, especially the forwards, into uncharted territory. I havent watched the imports, I know they are good, so Ive been looking at the retainees.

Cusak, Rigon and Luke Stuart have really lifted especially. I am sincerely very happy for them after long seasons of derision and degradation.

Maybe its time for Saints to make the tough decisions as well.

Cheers anyway.

The psychiatrist thing is a "pre-existing ailment".... which to my mind (and my source) would affect said player's ability to perform at the expected level.

Dick Williams is not the "damaged item" in question ....

said organisation has been courted heavily by at least 4 other NRL clubs and indeed more money/resources have been made available by the courting clubs in the past few months than by our own club in the past year or so.

Sad and embarrassing...

I hope that was an attempt at humour.

Some people would say that if you truely cared for the club that you wouldn't just stand there and be a happy clapper thinking everything will work out, you would stand up and let people know what you see.

At the moment i see the greatest club in the NRL managed by the worst coach in the NRL.

PS - Mary would not be up scratch for the job either(it was late and i was pissed off)
