The NRL can either ask the woman involved for evidence or witnesses who can report the incident to the OLGR.
The OLGR compliance officers can inspect the premises unannounced. Under RSA a nightclub has to have an incident register. From what I have read this licensed premises has already failed four compliance checks from this incident alone.
But then again it is QLD.
