He is only 24 yet has already played 160 games and scored nearly 1,100 points. There is a very good chance that he will one day hold the records for most first grade games played, all time highest point scorer and most amout of tears shed on a footy field.

Let's be serious, the guys is close to the worst defensive center in the game and his attack is barely passable. No other NRL club would entertain signing him. Will Canberra persist with him long enough to get these records?

I don't think anyone is getting russled by Croker lol

He's a joke one of the reasons Raidrers miss the 8 year in year out.

Pearce had played more games at the same age, so Croker ain't going to catch him in terms of games played without some serious injuries to Mitchell.

He should cream the points scoring record assuming he can stay in the NRL till the end of his playing career though

He is alright.

Gets absolutely destroyed by larger centres which is his biggest issue. Has strong footwork. He isn't even the weakest defender in the raiders back line. He is vastly better than rapana and Lee.

Right after he tried to shirt grab Lyon for Lyons first try Anasta called him one of the best defensive centres in the comp

He's not as bad as people make out. Good attacking centre, was 3rd leading try scorer last season (18) which was a fair effort considering how terrible we were.

Anasta's not very bright.

Judging by the quality of his various girlfriends over the years and the continual contracts he kept getting in the NRL though you'd have to think that what he lacks in intelligence he more than makes up for in negotiating skills

There's no denying this.

I've always stuck up for his perceived defensive issues because he was having to cover Campo inside him for so long and an array of geniused wingers outside him. Lyon butchered him yesterday though. Pretty poor effort.

Underrated attacking player though. Doesn't seem like he's doing much but he often beats the first defender and pokes his nose through. Excellent in the air as well.

Not that it's much on an endorsement but I'd have him at the Tigers for sure.

To be fair to Croker, he did get one back on lyon when he jolted the ball free in a tackle when lyon looked certain to score.

I think most centres would be coming off second best against Lyon though given the form he is currently in.
