My gut says Harbaugh won't leave Michigan yet...

I know the Raiders were disappointed that they didn't get a serious look in with him before they settled for JDR... but he was drawn strongly to his alma mater.

And I don't know if he's achieved what he wants to at Michigan yet.

Its an interesting opening.
They have some VERY f**king nice pieces on defence, and there is plenty of people who think Goff can be a good NFL QB, it's in LA, amazing new stadium and facilities... but Goff looks very ordinary thus far, the O needs a SHIT ton of work and they are shot to bits with picks.

Who ever they get needs to be someone who has a proven track record with QBs and believes fully in Goff. Kyle Shanahan or Jim Bob Cotter are the guys i'd be going after if i were them, Kyle Shanny is the guy they should get, he's got the gravitas to put together a good staff.

Is he splashy enough for them? McDaniels fits that bill but he knows his next crack is likely his last if he doesnt have success. I think he'll want a job like Indy if it comes up
