yes, that's what I said in my previous post ( not part of the "Wayne Bennett Group" ), but he's only recently re-signed & thought it was a good move that someone who was part of the winning culture is staying

Who, Hickmans?

He's the fitness instructor. The reason Saints are so fit and have so few soft tissue injuries in the past 2 1/2 years is he trains them so well.

Newcastle will be fit and healthy come Rd 1 next year.

Well look at how fit and strong the players were at the start of 2009, compare that to 2007/8 and that's the difference.
