Andrew Johns will make his Super League debut this weekend for the Warrington Wolves.



Fox Sports will air DELAYED coverage of the game as follows:



Sunday 11 September

English Super League

Warrington v Leeds



5.00 am - 7.00 am EST

It's ok, took me a couple of days to realise.

Johns was being interviewed on the Dally M coverage last night, he was saying that he'd never even met the players, that he would have his first training session with them today.

Doesn't fill me with confidence that he's going to form a good combination with Briers, only having had 3 days preparation.

My bet is he'll come on from the bench this week? A super sub with some super skills, doesn't disrupt the teams' combos too much, but can still add those touches that just turn into tries....

I don't really rate Briers and I think Chris Bridge should partner Johns in the halves. Bridge is a rare talent imo.

Might be wrong about the bench... there were quotes around today from the coach that Johns would start alongside Briers, with Nat Wood dropping to the bench?

Might work for them, but it also just might be too early.
