Australia could be without David Warner for the upcoming Test tour of India after the opener was struck on the thumb by paceman Mitchell Johnson at training on Wednesday.
Warner was clearly in pain after copping the blow to his left hand, and was immediately sent off for scans to determine the extent of the injury.
The setback not only places Warner in doubt for the five-match one-day series against the West Indies starting on Friday, but also the four-Test tour of India, which starts on February 22.
The Test squad will be announced on Thursday morning, but Australia's selectors may need to tweak the team if Warner has suffered a fracture or a break.

Chalk another victim up to the vicious nets bowling of Johnson, this guy is seriously a liability that is doing more harm than good.
