Congrats to all the players selected! Especially the Raiders.

Surprised that Myles got picked after his crap season. Still I suppose in Port Moresby he could take a dump anywhere and no-one would notice.

I disagree with this. In much of Port Moresby that would actually be an improvement.

Congratulations to Dugan on his reward for a stellar season, really of the bottom 8 teams he was definitely the only reasonable pick, I probably wouldnt argue him over Bowen if Mango was fit, based on this year. What I dont agree with is Shillington and Campese gaining selection, I believe there could have been some better choices over them, and I dont think Campese is the right sort to jell with Thurston, though I'm sure a couple of training sessions will sort that out.

TLL and Monaghan however, they should do well, it is against the Kumuls though and they have the ability to make anyone look good on a bad day, however all due respect, they do play an aggresive game and I believe that with some development and attracting some big-name eligible players then they could be a force in years to come.

Whatever anyone says Monaghan is a proven rep-able player, who isnt going to let anyone down, and TLL has been good for you all season.

Far call on campese, he had a disappointing season even though some of his stats suggest he was pretty good.

I've got a bet with a mate for a bottle of top shelf that Dugan will rep next year. He's got Tim Mannah (somehow he let me get away with picking Dugan as my "roughie").

Like my chances.

He will def get the Country fullback spot next year. Origin and Roos are a few seasons away yet.

Yeah but they don't exactly need to trial either of them... City vs Country has always been about trialing next years NSW SoO players or helping them pick which ones they want for the current year in RARE cases.

Croker's time will come, if he continues to outshine SOO centres hes bound to get a look in at some stage.

I wouldn't swap him for anyone except possibly Hayne. His attack obviously isnt at the level of Slater or Stewart yet but what he does in defence is astounding and will only get better.
