What I don't get is how is ignorance an excuse, everyone knew you weren't mean to go travel around the state and wasn't he pulled over and told to go home but then went the opposite direction.Problem is with all these covid charges being dropped it is likely by law we are screwed.
Didn't he have to pay fines to the NRL ? Surely there where other discrepencies which contributed to his sacking, You know 3 strikes and your out....Problem is with all these covid charges being dropped it is likely by law we are screwed.

He had a few other strikes at the time as well, didn't he?
True however was he sacked for breaking the law or for breaching an NRL edict in force at the time and based upon NSW Health advice? If the latter he needs a new lawyer.Yep I’m sure he had some runs on the board. The point is though if his sacking was dependent on this being the trigger then his “innocence” by overturning this decision would mean he should never have had the “final” breach.
It’s no longer about whether he broke the law at the time it’s now about whether it’s dropped. Like it never happened.
He just wants enough of a case that the club can’t be arsed being dragged through the courts, then settle for 50k or some such.True however was he sacked for breaking the law or for breaching an NRL edict in force at the time and based upon NSW Health advice? If the latter he needs a new lawyer.
