UNCO

His superstition is he doesnt remove his mouthguard until after he's showered...strange lot in canberra, maybe its a throwback to some bizarre inititiation they perform in the Raiders shower block.
I reckon he should keep his pants on too....specially with guys like Tongue & Picker hangin about

I appreciate the jib but stirring the Raiders fans isn't going to make the players play any worse. Source McCrone's mobile number somehow and ring him and give him sh*t instead. Might be more effective.

You'll find the mouthguard/superstition is true, which is something you only just learned of obviously.
I furthered your education of one of your players, so yes...indeed, 'a great post.'

No actually... I learnt of this in early February when I received my membership pack. And with it came a Canberra Raiders season guide.

In his "For fun" section of his profile it has the facts:

Any pre-game superstitions/rituals: Post-game, don't take mouth guard out until showered and fully dressed.

Favourite player to watch growing up: Steve Renouf

What movie character best suits you: Dennis the Menace

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just saying that you could've added this "amazing fact" about Josh McCrone in the one of the other 200 Canberra Raiders' bashing threads.

Is this the point where Raiders fans are supposed to be offended ink? I just find it hilarious that something that happened in 1989 has clearly been the most important moment in your life - you are a spectator buddy, try not to take it so hard ay?

I wish Herbert was still halfback for the Raiders. Always just guaranteed sh*t without any redeeming features
