Serious question (sorry about that, I know this isn't the place), what does this interaction with police mean for the whole bubble situation? I'll admit I haven't paid a lot of attention to the details of the bubble so have no idea what sort of contact with other people is allowed, but presumably he would have been sitting in a police station with a handful of cops in close range. These police would interact with plenty of other people throughout a normal day.

Does this mean he's under closer scrutiny over the next few weeks? Or would he have to go into isolation and be excluded until certain he hasn't contracted the virus? Seems like a simple interaction but given the strictness of the protocol, he's now a potential source of bringing the virus into the bubble.

Genuine questions, because I'm as clueless as Kenty on this topic.

Legit question to ask. Without knowing all the protocols i'd suggest that Reynolds would need to demonstrate to his club that he'd maintained social distancing through the situation, assuming he'd have told the cops what needs to happen... or otherwise getting tested for Covid 19 and isolating until results come through.

On another note @ mods etc - could the title of this thread be amended to reflect that the resulting test was negative??

Anyone who went off just by the story by Buzz is part of the problem. Once again a dud article.

What does his make of car have to do with the story? Sounds like a bit of a character assessment to me. The journos really are a massive issue in the game.

Although Buzz is a clueless old drunk, it is fairly unusual to go positive roadside then negative at the station.

Not for the mdt it's not. It happens more than what people realise. I laugh when Buzz says Police have sent Reynolds samples to a forensic lab. All samples are sent for forensic testing.

I heard Buzz correct his story on nrl 360 and said some bullshit like ‘The second test came back negative but the police were so confused by this they sent it off to the labs for further testing’ Which is bullshit. As you have said they send every sample to the lab and it’s not unusual for the roadside tests to be wrong, that is why they do a second test at the station or in a van which is far more accurate.

OK established the lab test showed negative, which we had a fair idea would be the case.
That famous program the Project, full of AFL sycophants,in their brief news segment a few days back, stated frothing at the mouth NRL player.........showed a positive result on a roadside drug test.
Reynolds is cleared yesterday, awaited this mob to let the world know ,he wasn't into drugs. No comment, but they had a 5 minute segment on viewers doing facial tricks and noises on social mediate get a laugh.
Absolute quality viewing .More up themselves than the Kardashians.

Mate, wrapping your peen'oir around your balls & hitting all three with a hammer would honestly be less painful than watching that show & more entertaining.
