Hi all,
in case anyone is interested I have recently updated the jubilee oval community appeal webpage. It now contains the jubilee oval upgrade site plans, which some people might want to have a look at.

they give you an idea as to what changes are being made, and why. and also a little look at what it should be like when everything is finished.

just a note, the files are pretty big, but none of them is over a MB so it shouldnt take too long to download.

season is near, and i cant wait to get back to kogarah!

Dasher, I noticed the extra seating to the left of the grandstand... thats where I normally sit on the grass...lol. I'm willing to sacrafice my favourite spot. :D

Great stuff. The Legends Walk with pavers, the improved facilities, the playing surface... and on top of all that its at Kogarah Jubilee Oval. :)

One small thing... I noticed on the website that the fund was still $497K short. What happens if they dont make the final money? I understand that the Leagues Club were willing underwriters once upon a time.

as far as i am aware, if joca cant make the money in time, then it will just mean that some of the works may not get completed in time for the first return game. I'm not sure about what the leagues club is doing,

however, i feel that making that sort of money should not be too big a problem, we knocked over the other $1.3mill pretty early, so have time to work on the rest.
