That name rings a bell. I knew a bloke called Chipsy once. Are we talking about the same person. For some reason I feel there is some connection between he and old man Petty, the oldest person currently playing rugby league in the galaxy. I believe they are both play with the Casino RSM Barry Dawson Cougars. I think Barry's son Peter use to play with them aswell.
