Junior Moors

Have it on good authority that Junior will be coming to Parramatta next year. I've seen him in the past but haven't heard much about him this year. I know he has had some big wraps in the past - what has his form been like this year?

Also a possible rumour that Joesph (Junior) Paulo may also be joining us. Don't know too much about him.

He is in the same mould as Pritchard. Can be brilliant but also lazy and can have poor ball control.

It would be a disappointing loss. I was expecting him to make his debut for us sometime next year.

Paulo will go....his brother is at Parra.

He'll never crake grade at Penrith, he's a genuine lock.

Junior Moors...if he goes, with the fact we've signed noone at all...then even I will jump on the management hate bandwagon....

I doubt we would let him go however, given the players we've already lost.

It's Joseph. He is not known as Junior at all. There is only 1 Junior Paulo and he plays Premier League for Parra.

Spoke to a source from within the club today and he hasn't heard of the rumours concerning Junior Moors. Source thought Moors was already committed to the Panthers for 2007. If there is any substance to the rumours he would surely have to seek a release in which case the Panthers would surely not allow Junior to move on. Particularly, when we are clearly short in the front - second row as it currently stands.

I guess Parra fans are equally as desparate as Panthers fans, hoping to see some positive signings for next season.

At least the Parramatta club has a wealth of talent in backs/outside backs so despite losing the likes of McKinnon, Delaney and Morris etc at least your club have a number of ready made replacements, quality juniors who are in place ready to make the step up.

As for Junior Moors, I think he is more likely to be a bench player for the Panthers in 2007 as opposed to the Eels.

While I've been one of his biggest critics, as Big Mick would be aware, I have noticed in the last couple of PL fixtures he does have some Sonny Bill like qualities. He is clearly big (and will only get much bigger), strong and fast. He also possesses the one thing the Panthers don't possess in abundance up front and that is the ability to stand in tackles and make effective off loads ie second phase play. In the last two games I've watched him against Nth Sydney (Weekender) and Raiders (CUA) he has got some great off loads away which have led to some effective offensive plays. I guess the thing with Moors is he is still a kid. Better judges than I think he will develop into something really special so here's hoping it will be for the Panthers.
