In the 18's Chris Binge is only under 16. He was in NSW CCC under 15's last year then made the Australian under 15 Merit Team. He must be a good player

Boyd Cordner played a game of Matts for the Knights - must make him 16 or under.
His older brother Dane Cordner was a regular in Ball for the Knights (both second row or prop).

Other Knights are Scott Dunn (winger) and Liam Higgins (hooker) - both regulars in Ball - with Dunn being season top try scorer for the team from memory.

That Under-18s side has some talent in the backs.

Foran, Murray and Kelly in the halves.
Simpson, Roqica, Idris, Wright, Dunn will probably be the back 5.

Auremi, Woods, Thompson and Tuiala are very good forwards.

Correct, Boyd Cordner is a Harold Matthews player,
Only just - I'm pretty sure his one and only game of the season was the last game of the regular season where the Knights were going to finish 3rd - win, lose or draw - so rested several players.

The more i think about it, the more i think it is a typo and they mean Dane Cordner (10 games of Ball this season) and not Boyd Cordner (1 game of Mathews) - but if they do mean Boyd, good on him.

Roppy,
It is Boyd, not Dane. He was very impressive at the trials as was the country team generally.

Well done to him then.
I've not seen him play, but Dane is a smallish forward who has a lot more impact than his size would warrant - the sort of guy who grows up to be a firstgrader - as opposed to the many big kids who seem to be at their best at 17.
