Understand that mate and I agree on the most part.

What I can't handle is how some people will call for his sacking one week, and then raise him to messiah status the next.
That sort of mentality is just plain dumb.

Fair enough mate, I get that, but when you think about it what is the difference between a coach getting the sh*ts and telling a player "mate you have been playing like crap and if you don't pull your finger out you'll be playing with your mates in reserve grade", then praising the same player when he does play well, and supporters doing the same thing?

In J. Poore's situation I do understand why a lot of people would of been pissed with his efforts till say last week, with all the fanfare and high profile contract that he signed.
