Kaepernick

A mate and I had a lengthy discussion about Kaepernick- Bradford and which player was worse, would a trade be beneficial to anyone etc and the only conclusion we could reach is they both stick and switching the two would be the NFL QB equivalent to shuffling the deck chairs on the titanic

Both Eagles and Niners need to move on from these jokers. Which isn't to say their teams are perfect otherwise
Both have line problems, both have issues at the skill positions... But these QBs are just the pits

I'm a fan of Kaepernick, but I don't think he's ever going to get a better run than what he had the Superbowl year, as far as coaching and supporting cast.

Eagles could be a good fit for him or the Titans as a back up.

I see what your saying... Why flog a dead horse... Why not just move on...

But the problem I have with that is... move on to what?? As the Texans, Browns, Bills & Jets can all attest to... QB purgatory is not a nice place to be either.

Kaep could be dynamic again... If you put a system around him that plays to his strengths. ALOT of the experts think that with some minor tweaking... Chips system is that system.

What do the Eagles have to lose?? A couple of seasons of being stuck in QB purgatory with the Sanchize...

Even though Kaep is probably done I don't really see the point taking Bradford, blokes proven nothing, at least Kaep had a good couple of months.
Well your going to cut Kaep anyway... So why not pick Bradford up... He has some tools.

Your choice comes down to Bradford or Gabbert.... As bad as Bradford has been... I'd still take him ahead of Gabbert.

They could well tank... Cordell Jones perhaps??

Just quietly, Andrew Luck has been pretty poor this season too
That deserves a whole thread on its own...

He's deadset regressed... Which I find astounding.

I still think he's the best young QB in the league... I'm just thinking he's down on confidence at the moment.

That comparison with Favre is a good one. Favre threw picks cause he always believed he had the arm strength to beat the defense. That pick against the Eagles still haunts me to this day. Difference was Favre was throwing deep on most plays buy a pick is a pick.
