Very Happy...Gives our guys a rest after a full on rep period... they should be fresh for next year.

So, I assuming Boyd will be listed as a Saints 2011 rep player, as he gained the Kangaroo jersey in the same year he was contracted to us? If so, it's a win-win situation.

Honestly, none of our Dragons deserve to be in that side, apart from perhaps Creagh & Cooper, neither of which are available & Flo who will play for NZ.

Thats the sort of side we have had for a while now, no-one is outstanding, just lots of better than average first graders playing well as a unit. Having said that, after watching the Grand Final, I wish we did have a young half chomping at the bit, Sowie is solid, but id love some raw energy.

It's good for us, we need the rest and they have to earn their spots back on those rep teams.

I agree that we dont have anyone that should be there.. Except beau Scott IMO.
Creagh withdrew with injury. Weyman is busted. Merrin has post origin blues, Morris out due to injury.
Nobody else.

Rugby League is the only sport where I don't always cheer on the Aussies, been going for the Kiwis ever since Nightingale and co started playing for them. My allegiances usually lie with whichever team has more Dragons players, so this year it's the Kiwis!

Even taken into account the injuries and how overjoyed I am there are no saints players involved, that is such a shit squad. No room for the gf hooker but yes to farah.
Williams?
Shillington?
Taylor? How many good games did he play all year, 6? Oh of course, he's a carn toad

Appears by the looks of that squad Sheens has gone for his boy Lawrence as a centre in the starting side.
Has he even played Origin?

I thought the Chris Lawrence myth had been busted after his defensive displays v the Warriors? The Kiwis must be licking their lips

It definitely pays to have a bad start to the season and have fewer rep players. Much better than what happened at the Dragons this year. Never recovered from it. Should have, but we didn't.

You'd have to think only Morris, Scott, Creagh, Merrin and maybe Soward are chances.

Maloney from the Warriors might have the jump on Soward if his form holds up early next year.

You'd think that Merrin won't be there as he seemed to fall out of Stuarts favour. Not sure about Creagh,Morris and Soward next year but Scott is an old school SOO player.
