Course they do. Massively overpaid, underperforming prima donna who during his Titans time did coke in Kiwis camp, captained a spoon, bit Shaun Johnson and basically stole a living. So now they spied an opening to sack him, and took it.

Someone above is right, he should never have gone to the Titans, nor should they have signed him. The sort of party boy that never goes well on the Gold Coast.

Perfect way for Proctor to be end his NRL career and hilarious at the same time. Fired for "Smoking in the boys room" It's a win/win for everyone. Except Proctor maybe. He gets paid either way, now doesn't have to turn up for training now. So maybe what he wanted as well.

Not that I'm a smoker or ever have been. Just see the funny side is all.

He was asked about that during an interview in 2020 and denies ever smoking during a match. Not sure whether it's just a well accepted myth or he's just trying to cover it up now. About 43:30 in the below video.
