Keyboard/Keys Error - Help

Hi guys,

For some reason whenever I hold down a key on the keyboard it doesn't repeat - eg I need to keep pressing backspace in order to delete multiple letters, or keep pressing spacebar to leave multiple spaces etc - it's pretty annoying. I've already searched google and can't seem to find a way to fix this. It's not the sticky keys as I've toggled that on and off. Any suggestions?

Traditional - USB wireless with bluetooth. The connection is fine.

Windows OS?
Go into your device manager / control panel > keyboards > driver tab > update driver.
Or try a different keyboard.
