Kicking for touch

Has anyone noticed that when the AI kicks for touch, they take a 'run up'....

....but when we take a touch finder, we kick it stock still...?? :?

Just thought i'd mention it, and is there something i'm missing maybe??

Yep... not like it's hard to spot though.

AI kicking is pretty lame in the game, they never kick for field position, only for touch... and on the other side of the coin, once you master the art of kicking, 40-20s are way too easy to pull off, I'm doing them just about every time I'm on tackle 5 within my own 40... been pissing off my mates with that one.

Yeah i'm starting to get the hang of 40/20s now. Yeah i noticed the computer has a pretty poor kicking game, when they kick for touch they kick it about 5-10 metres and when i do it, it goes atleast 30. But i suppose in real life they don't kick it that far.
