Meanwhile, Sydney Roosters centre Ryan Cross could be out of City and New South Wales calculations if scans confirm syndesmosis to the ankle, suffered in Saturday night's 28-24 win over the Sharks at Toyota Park.
"It's four to six weeks if that's the case," football manager Steve Gigg said. Prop Shane Shackleton is facing three or four weeks on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder while captain Craig Fitzgibbon could be missing for Friday's clash with Brisbane after suffering an ankle sprain. At the Sharks, captain Brett Kimmorley and lock Cameron Ciraldo twisted their ankles.

Time for Noddy to sit it out.

If he's got an ankle sprain on top of his hammy tear he's an accident waiting to happen. He's already a pin cushion.

He's played through worse than a twisted ankle. He'll play and continue to play, and continue to play poorly until he gets done in the testes again. Until his offspring are in danger, he'll be on the park with no arms and no legs and still be hailed by Stuart Raper as the best halfback in the game.

i guarantee that Ryan Borg wont play firsts ahead of Brett Kearney and/or Tony Caine for a halfbacks spot.
