Kimmorley...The Real Story.

There is more to Noddy's form slump that most know about. The truth is that although things have blown over, the coach has only just started to pull his head in.
Noddy as captain and an experienced senior player is constantly being approached by some of the younger players for coaching and advice. Mr Raper found out and told Noddy to keep out of it and not to do his job. See, our coach doesn't believe in individual coaching and hasn't a clue in further developing juniors.
Players were also questioning selections throughout the year and when Noddy stood united and relayed these concerns, Mr Raper again blew his stack.
You see, Brett Kimmorley has basically been told to play his game and keep entirely out of any coaching aspects or new ideas.
It took that meeting a few weeks ago to put the acid on Raper to start listening to the senior players and start selecting the deserved team...hence Ciraldo, Scott & Kingston getting a run.
Its not a happy united team down at Shark Park, but a team told how to do things even against their better judgement and a team without full confidence in their coach.
Unfortunately...this is FACT.

Not True...
Kimmorley is evil and is in a group with Raper, Rogers and Pierce, to tear the club from the outside in. No way could they just be stuffing up by accident.

Is true, your info Frailty is totally wrong. I won't post what he really thinks of those you mentioned.
I don't post rubbish...just the facts.

It's called sarcasm, its a stab at how everyone is saying Kimmorley is causing all the problems which is stupid.

Hey SE, that is a pretty big allegation and does not bode well for us. Could you tell me how you came across this info ?

This is quite interesting, so if raper is really running the show, and noddy has no input, why the flat attack, thats an Anderson Kimmorley style isn't it.

and since the meeting when the "acid was put on raper" ,our form has been outstanding !

SLE your posts are generally spot on - however Surely does have a valid point - the flat style is so late 1990's. I'm sure they aren't happy campers , you just have to look at the ''Body Language''of the team - especially Nigel V.

Well I will side with Raper on this one.

Noddy should go and talk to Royce simmons about following the boss.

Im sure there was no problem with input by Rpaer , but perhaps the way the input came with attitude?

& I wonder which selections Noddy was concerned about?
if your info is correct SLE, Noddy didnt want Scott in there, he wanted Goldy.
that is fact.

What about the coach being directed to pick certain players rather than other players by the men upstairs ? have you heard much about that sideline ?

why so sure ? sounds reasonable enough but doesn't mean it's true. dropping simmons seesm reasonable to me but that never eventuated (yet!)

and if raper is now listening to senior players more doesn't necessarily mean that noddy is picking the team, just that possibly more players are being considered eg scott, ciraldo, etc.

btw - i have no absolutely no info either/any way

Spot on black dot....the board is too much of an influence. Alot will disagree but I have heard how the more frequent board meetings are conducted and this influence is there... they tried it on Anderson..he went...they tried it on Raper...he signed a long term contract!!!

I understand the principle of your argument SLE, but the problem is that Anderson was sacked, so I am not quite sure how you could conclude that Anderson left because of the Board.

With that said, I agree that the board are a disgrace and an embarassment to the supporters, sponsors and players of the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks - It makes me sick actually.

and fizman it has been that way for a long long time.

as i said in an earlier post on a different thread apathy rules in the shire regarding the sharks.

it will take a massive change of heart by either a committed group or the community as a whole to effect change at board and management level.
