The most noticeable omission is Riley Brown- wonder if he will still be "recovering" from his shoulder injury in Premier League?

There were some injury clouds over Gidley and Thaiday after the Souths clash, but both have been named in the side.

Also, no sign of Adam MacDougall:roll:

I thought Kidley was supposed to come back this week as well. Stupid Fox Sports Commentators. And also why did Hagan name a five man all forward bench? I thought Thaiday and Gidley were the ones under an injury cloud?

hahahahah, ahh well.

if that is the team that takes the field, then hages has his usual options..

if thaiday gets hurt during the game - move mullen to full back, or move a centre or winger to full back and then get mullen to cover their position.... lowrie to 5/8... or move lowrie to full back. (if newton pulls out before the game, abes would be on the bench) move abes to full back (he has played there before). you know the logic of hages... what should not happen he makes happen

Is it just me or does this game feel like it is going to be one of those games where we get embarassed on prime time tv?

We never do that well against the sharks, kimmorley always plays well against johns. The sharks have lost 4 in a row, its a friday night at toyota park. We are coming off a pathetic win against souths.

I don't think we will turn up to play. We will be embarassed on channel 9 and lose by 40+.

I hope i am wrong, but it all points to a big defeat.

well, i will be at work for the whole game, so i won't get to watch any of it, which could be a good thing if we get badly beaten.
