Sub in Mullen for Lamb and that 17 looks like the Round 1 side.
Good thing it's only the Titans.

So can we assume at full strength the side will look something like this:

1. Jaelen Feeney
2. Jake Mamo
3. Sione Mata'utia
4. Dane Gagai
5. Akuila Uate
6. Jarrod Mullen
7. Trent Hodkinson
8. Kade Snowden
9. Danny Levi
10. Korbin Sims
11. Tariq Sims
12. Robbie Rochow
13. Jeremy Smith

14. Tyler Randell
15. Mickey Paea
16. Pauli Pauli
17. Jack Stockwell

or:

1. Jaelen Feeney
2. Jake Mamo
3. Sione Mata'utia
4. Dane Gagai
5. Akuila Uate
6. Jarrod Mullen
7. Trent Hodkinson
8. Kade Snowden
9. Danny Levi
10. Jack Stockwell
11. Korbin Sims
12. Robbie Rochow
13. Jeremy Smith

14. Tyler Randell
15. Mickey Paea
16. Pauli Pauli
17. Tariq Sims

If Stockwell can hold his own in the middle, I personally prefer the second side. We've lacked a good attacking backrower for years now and I think that Korbin can fit that role well. All of the talented/creative bigger guys we've had seem to get shifted into the middle of the park to cover our poor prop depth.

Not to mention as well that a bench consisting of Randell, Paea, Pauli and Tims looks like it could provide quite a bit of impact. I was a bit critical of Randell early last season (the Foxsports commentators losing their shit while referring to him as a younger Chris Houston was nearly a season highlight for me), but he did finish the season much stronger than he started.

That full strength side is stronger than the one we fielded for the first four rounds last year by a good distance. Our bench shits on last year's for size and aggression. I do not get the gloom forecast. The by contrast Roosters are with out JWH and Cordner for half the season. Not the depth cover like last year. They have huge problems already.

I agree about Korbin but I 'd be grooming Tariq for the 13 with Smith coming off the bench this year before retirement. Tariq at his best is a starter. And with Smith's old legs it may not be a bad thing for him to offer a short burst of defensive starch before and after half time rather start when the game is at its quickest.

All reports have indicated Korbin to the edge is a tactical change in the off season not just cover for his suspended brother. That was even before the Tapine drama. So I'm thinking maybe he won't move back into the middle rotation at all.

Ah thanks. I left the room while they were talking, then came back and there was nothing. Thought my kid must've touched something
