Do they see Hands as a better utility and want to give him time at both Halves and Hooker or Yates and give him time at Hooker and Lock. With Rein in the bench id say it might be more about Hands.
Is Laizou injured or dropped? If dropped what a waste of a top 30 spot.

Hands looks quicker than Yates. Which I would rather see as a backup in first grade.

Possibly just waiting on the registration/rubber stamping of his contract under salary cap?
