Why is it embarrassing? Most of the coaching is done by Brad Arthur. Cayless' role from what I've seen is to keep the players motivated. Joey Grima seems to be the tactical coach.

Congratulations to former Wenty player Beau Henry who helped steer Dapto to a grand final win in the very strong Illawarra comp on the weekend.
If this blokes early years hadn't been smashed by injuries he could have had a pretty good NRL career.
