His mother told me he had a 'hammy niggle" and is resting it for a few weeks. Shame for Jordan, he has been training hard and playing well. Just needs a bit of luck...

Ryles is quoted somewhere post-selections last week, saying it will be a while before Matterson makes it back to the NRL side with his injury... no further detail given.

Radio silence re Cartwright's absence from any team, both he and Matterson having played some Cup minutes the round before...

I have heard/seen photo evidence that both were at the game and meeting fans in the corporate suites at the Stadium.

Bryce doesn’t want to go to SuperLeague because of his children , might end up being his best option but understand it’s not hat he wants. He is injured at the moment too.
