St George Illawarra Canterbury Cup NSW coach Mat Head and Jersey Flegg coach Willie Talau have named their teams to play this weekend.

The CC Dragons come up against Wentworthville in game that will commence at 1:45pm and will act as the curtain-raiser to their NRL counterparts at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Sunday, August 4.

The Jersey Flegg Dragons will play on Saturday, August 3 against Parramatta at Corrimal's Ziems Park (3:15pm).

Ravalawa is a centre, Masters is leaving ... there is an obvious change to the reserves which has the added benefit of potentially strengthening the club ...

Hopefully not a club force rested fatigue BS again?
I like this kid, his physique and the way he plays and he has a big future...I will say it again...
Given the right opportunity and time to struggle in the big time before he shines....and of course the right coaching development...dont care how old he is now either.

They mess with the heads pandering them..no wonder 1st graders put their hands up for a rest at our club and we fade out at the end of seasons...it is in their culture

Yeh was there too George ordinary defense 2nd half and butchered that try on full time..deserved to lose
Same problems as 1st grade right hand side edge defense was poor all game. Parramatta coach was telling to go their all the time

On another side note it was good to see Eddie Blacker at the game supporting the boys. He is one big unit.

Also whats the go with Jayden Sullivan. he was there early watching the open girls game prior and does not look injured. Is it now he is a development player he is not with the squad?..where was Jalal Bazazz?..injured too?
Eddie went and sat in the warm sunny part of the ground in the 2nd half over near the scoreboard.
Good to see Wishy there with his family on that side watching his son.
BTW..Parra were a big side....of course a large portion of Pacific islanders but that is the game today but their 1/2 and 5/8th carved us to pieces.
I have to say their last try to go to the front our centre was pushed in the back trying to retrieve that chip and chase but he was slow to move and looked more to obstruct than try and go for the ball. Could of or should of been a penalty.
I like how Willie Talau coaches from behind the goal posts!!
