Clune said that he is looking for an NRL contract now that he has finished his studies.
He leads the CC team around well with his
frequent breaks and clever passing skills.
Norman to 7 and Clune to 6. Give Hunt a release to move to Broncos. That releases enough cap to buy Mitchell for the fullback position.

Then send Aitken and Lafai on their was and recruit Scott for the left centre position.

1. Mitchell
2. Macdonald
3. Lomax
4. Scott
5. Saab
6. Clune
7. Norman

The cap gained from losing Duty, Field, Masters, Aitken, Lafai and Hunt would provide the club with enough cap to field the above backline. Yes a far more dynamic backline capable in attack and defence.

I was kind of relieved when I woke up this morning and there was no footy to ruin my Sunday.

Completely forgot about this game and the women’s. Looks like I’m going to have to steel myself again.

Come on boys. Give us something to smile about in the season. Dragons by 13.

Lightning fast with a very good footy intellect.
Something Hunt does not have.

Really....that's a stretch....comparing a CC player to an origin player....some of the stuff that gets posted in here is beyond laughable. What's next...are people going to suggest that harold matts players are better than some of our 1st grade squad ?....Maybe have a look at the tactics and game plan of the current first grade coach...even guys like Frizz have looked poor at times...doesn't mean he is a poor player...anyway..carry on with the nonsense.

ok we've got to that point of the year where we are saying clune is better than hunt -

Exactly, and whats next, oh thats right, somehow magically Mitchell will sign with us, one of the most damaging centres around, currently paying in a team who is favourite for the premiership, to come to us who finished 15th to play fullback.
Fantasy stuff all around

His defence must be shit then because Hunt's is mediocre at best.

Yep...Hunt made what close to 50 tackles in origin, the hardest arena....Yep Clune has to be better....

No wonder players don't want to come and play here...we wait decades to sign decent halves and people don't support them....Will serve us right if Hunt follows Widdop out the door....He deserves better treatment from a club and fans that will support him.
