2nd Half Notes (We Won 32-20):
o Worst half of football ive ever watched
o Ref just finding a way to give them everything
o We just dont get that throwing risky passes is so daft when ur winning.. so many times we just needed to wind the clock down and we kept throwing risky passes, or not being prepared for the 1on1 strip.. our own worst enemies.
o Bird was rly good early.. like really good... but as he got tired he a bit of a problem... same with Rava who got explosed in defence a few times as he cant turn around.
o Tamale was rly strong all game
o Tonga did another 15min stint at the end, id say 37m all up.. rly strong.. doesnt get stripped by anyone.. which most of the forwards seem to somehow let happen.
o LKT was good though Im rly cranky with him not for not having composure to play sensible instead of keep taking risks when in front..
o Buchanan had a better 2nd half, 1 good ball for a sharp tamale try
o Egan was rly average
o rest of the forwards were soso, MMolo was dependable.. Coric was fine, Shereb, Stewart was fine
o HFinau was ok, except one dumb 5th tackle kick he put dead with 3mins left for no reason.

That was awful... but here we are, we won 3outta3 grades.. quite incredible... just a deflating way to finish it!

Well done Rev , good summation, we still have the women and if we win that it will be a great weekend for the club and supporters.

ref is killing me.. LKT went in untouched and hes called it a double movement, then given them another penalty, f**k me
Just watched this back again. Couldn't believe how the ref called that a double movement, looks even worse on the replay tbh. Outrageous call

On the plus though... in terms of choosing options of who to pass to, LKT is actually really good. Has great vision IMO and just the 'knack'. His kick placement is pretty good too e.g. the bomb he put up for Jake Toby to get smashed when taking. Imo looking back he's probably a better keep than Herring. We need someone who can kick long, though. Can LKT kick long, Rev?

We sure do, but yeah I dunno if he can cause kicking is never his job (it was Reed in SG Ball and Glover now), today was the most ive seen him kick.. I figure if he had a giant boot we would probably have seen it by now..

I watched a bit of the Raiders/Dogs game, Fogarty my god, those kicks go a good 10-15m more than they should.. like thats outrageous.. im sure Burton is the same.. but omg.. what a strategic advantage...

Fogarty would be an outstanding buy for us, and with Sanders going there next year and Strange locking down the 6, you never know. I don't know what the plan is there, because Sanders leaving Sydney to go be a backup in Canberra doesn't make a heap of sense
