And who may I ask is Brisbane's elite prop?

joel clinton...oh wait he's not at brisbane, he's not elite but he is a prop...

Michaels cant get any worse and you ahve to remember he was coming back after missing a sh*tload of the previous season, Michaels has shown a lot opf potential before his injury and whilst he was awful last year some players take a while to get back to form after serious injury. i'm hoping that will eb the case with michaels

I reckon we punt on Inu now and sever ties with Michaels A.S.A.P. Michaels cap space would replace the bulk of Inus' purchase and it would be a very shrewd piece of business by the Broncos. Sorry Stevie but you're a shot duck, good player but not great. I just can not see any linebreaking ability as a centre and most tries this lad scores are after he has been put into a gaping hole, and defencively well........ If it is true can't believe we kept him over Darius Boyd.
As for the young crop I pray they come up to expectations of the club, but it's a hell of a lot of pressure to come in under the circumstances of Hodgos injury and behind a young lightweight pack.
A massive bonus is Inu would be around at ORIGIN TIME.
As for the prop dilemma, I truly can't see a top quality prop parting midseason to join a rival club...............especially the Broncos, we'll get no favours from any rival NRL clubs. This is a 2011 mission if we are to do it right. 250k for Taylor was pittance, we f - - ked up bigtime ! Ben Cross is a tough nut but injuries plague the big fella....................... All out for Adam Blair is my ongoing hope.

Don't think Parra are keen on letting Inu go. He loves it there and the club love him there. Burt will be off contract at the end of the year and also Grothe so getting rid of Inu is not on the cards. Apart from Hayne and Inu, our backline is starting to age so he will have a spot there for a long time.

Inu would be a waste of money. His best position is on the wing and we have enough backs as it is. Also as a player, half the time he seems to be lazy especially when things aren't going his way e.g. not being picked in his preferred position or when the team is losing.

Give a young guy a crack. I doubt this will be the year of the Bronco so might as well get them ready for 2011/2012.

So what? Good finishers are worth their weight in gold!

Is he better than these:

Kemp- yes
Winderstein- defiantely
Michaels- Um yes!

I really think that the Broncos of late when it comes to buying and selling players have gone off the rails over the past few years. The amount of players we have lost and not replaced is silly. It cant be cap space because time and time again we offer big bucks to players that put the I in team. If you look at the Bulldogs over the last two years they have got so much talent and are still keen to sign more in 2010 and there bigest loss is what Sonny not much of a loss if u ask me. In regards to Inu a good player from 1 to 5, good goalkicker worth about 200k, good around rep time and has a few games under he's belt. Would be a good signing if we could get the asking price down but if we cant offload Steve at the end of the year and go for gold. We should have let Steve go when the dogs wanted him.

Our problem hasn't been "buying and selling players", it's been retention. Take Hannant and Ennis for example. Both those players came to the club when they were borderline first graders. We brought them at the right time. They both became topliners, but we couldn't keep them under the cap.

Are you kidding????
Mortimer, Robson, Hayne, Inu, Reddy? Growthe and Burt are the only ones ageing, and they're wingers, with a good 3 or 4 seasons each left at the least.
